    Hakkeijima is free to enter. Tickets are required to use the Aquariums and rides, but those who do not have a ticket can also enjoy shopping, dining, and walking on the island.

    You can take a walk with a lead on the island.
    In addition, some restaurants with terrace seats on the island can enter with pets.
    (Meals for pets are not available)

    Please note that pets are not allowed to enter any facility such as Aquariums and attractions, except for service dogs.
    Also, please note that we do not have a storage facility available.

    How old do children need to be to get a ticket when using an Aquariums or a vehicle?

    Is there a parking lot?

    There are no parking lots on the island, but there are five around Hakkeijima. A to C parking lot costs 1,300 yen per day.
    In addition, please use public transportation as it will be very crowded during GW and Obon.

    The Bank of Yokohama ATM is Center House 1F, next to the food court.
    Please note that cash cards other than the Bank of Yokohama may not be accepted due to the circumstances of the financial institution concerned.

    Do you have a baby room?

    There are 3 locations on the island, 1st floor of the Center House 1st floor of the Bay Market B building, and the Fureai Lagoon exit.
    Each baby room has water and hot water, and the Center House baby room also has a microwave.

    It can be used at the ticket office. Some stores may not be available at bay markets and restaurants.

    B type rentals are available for ¥ 500 per unit at Center House 1F Lost Center and Marine Gate Information.

    Wheelchairs can be rented out for free to people with disabilities at the Center House 1F Lost Center and Marine Gate Information.
    In addition, Aqua Museum When was available only within, Aqua Museum has also carried out a loan in the 1F Information.
    The number is limited, so it can only be used for emergency purposes. We do not accept reservations.

    Is there a discount for people with disabilities?

    Customers with a physical disability certificate, a mental disability certificate of health and welfare, or a nursing certificate will receive a 50% discount on the AQUA RESORTS PASS.
    (The same discount will be applied to one caregiver for one person.)

    Is there a place to store my luggage?

    We do not store luggage. Please use the coin lockers on the island.
    The locker is Center House 1F, Aqua Museum, next to the entrance, Open Market.
