Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 25, the "Fireworks Symphony" event scheduled for September 21st (Monday, public holiday) has been cancelled.
Furthermore, we will be changing our operating procedures for that day in consideration of our customers' safety.
Please note that the content may be changed or canceled depending on future circumstances.

Due to the cancellation, all paid fireworks viewing tickets purchased through ASOVIEW! and Table Check will be automatically cancelled and refunds will be processed.

*Regarding the above tickets (paid fireworks viewing plan), no cancellation procedure is required from the customer. Refunds will be processed sequentially.
*Tickets other than those listed above (such as ONE DAY PASS and AQUA RESORTS PASS) are not subject to automatic cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your visit due to the cancellation of the fireworks, please cancel your reservation yourself.
To cancel tickets purchased through ASOVIEW! that are not eligible for automatic cancellation or refund, with some exceptions, please log in to ASOVIEW! and complete the cancellation procedure yourself from your My Page.
Customers who purchase through the official website (ASOVIEW!) can cancel their reservation free of charge up until 23:59 the day before.
