【9/20(日)】花火シンフォニア開催中止と営業体制の変更のお知らせ

台風25号の接近に伴い、9/20(日)に予定しておりました「花火シンフォニア」は中止とさせていただきます。
また、お客さまの安全を考慮し同日の営業体制を変更いたします。
なお、今後の状況次第で、内容を変更・中止する場合もございます。

Cancellation and Refund Policy

<Fireworks viewing plan (paid)>

Due to the cancellation, all paid fireworks viewing tickets purchased through ASOVIEW! and Table Check will be automatically cancelled and refunds will be processed.

※上記チケット(花火有料観覧プラン)については、お客さまによるキャンセル手続きは不要です。順次、払い戻し処理を行います。
※上記以外のチケット（ワンデーパス、アクアリゾーツパスなど）は自動キャンセルの対象外です。

If you wish to cancel your visit due to the cancellation of the fireworks, please cancel your reservation yourself.
To cancel tickets purchased through ASOVIEW! that are not eligible for automatic cancellation or refund, with some exceptions, please log in to ASOVIEW! and complete the cancellation procedure yourself from your My Page.
Customers who purchase through the official website (ASOVIEW!) can cancel their reservation free of charge up until 23:59 the day before.
