[August 9th, 10th, 16th] Notice of cancellation of Fireworks Symphony

8月4日(月)みなとみらいスマートフェスティバル2025において火災事故が発生しました。
この事故を受け、花火の安全な実施が確認できるまで、8月9日(土)・10日(日）・16日(土)の花火シンフォニアの開催を中止いたします。
23日(土)以降の予定については、当Webサイトにてお知らせいたします。

Cancellation and Refund Policy

<Paid fireworks viewing seats>

中止に伴い、アソビュー！およびTable Checkにてご購入いただいた花火有料観覧席チケットにつきましては、自動的にキャンセルのうえ、払い戻し手続きを実施いたします。

*For the above tickets, there is no need for customers to cancel. Refunds will be processed in order.
*Tickets other than those listed above (ONE DAY PASS, AQUA RESORTS PASS, other program participation tickets, etc.) are not eligible for automatic cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your visit due to the cancellation of the fireworks, please cancel your reservation yourself.
To cancel tickets purchased through ASOVIEW! that are not eligible for automatic cancellation or refund, with some exceptions, please log in to ASOVIEW! and complete the cancellation procedure yourself from your My Page.
Customers who purchase through the official website (ASOVIEW!) can cancel their reservation free of charge up until 23:59 the day before.
