Unauthorized access to an external email distribution service used by electronic ticket vendors
Notice Regarding Possible Personal Information Leak

We have received a report that unauthorized access by a third party occurred to the email distribution service of Arara Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Arara), which is entrusted with email distribution operations by Asoview Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Asoview), the electronic ticket sales agent for our facility, and that some of the customer information of Asoview! members who have purchased and used tickets for our facility may have been leaked to an external party.
We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience this has caused our customers.

In connection with this matter, there is a possibility that suspicious emails (phishing emails) may be sent that attempt to steal credit card information and other data by falsely claiming to be from a different sender.
Never access URLs, enter passwords or credit card information, or open attachments in emails you do not recognize.
Our facility will never ask customers for such important information via email or other means.
Please be extremely cautious of suspicious emails and other communications that impersonate our facility.
